Not Satisfied with Sharper Image Ionic Breeze Air Purifier

I own a Sharper Image Ionic Breeze Air Purifier. I purchased this product because of its sleek design, and positive product reviews. It has not helped much with allergies and at times I feel like it was a waste of money. It costs a fair amount in terms of electricity bills and has required frequent filter replacements.

I have owned this model for 3 years and also owned a Hunter air purifier. Overall, I am not satisfied with the Ionic Breeze.The Hunter air purifier never gave me any trouble, and the Ionic Breeze has already required 2 repairs. The previous filter was much better than the ionic breeze.
