My Allergies give me Headache,Runny Nose, Irritation in my Throat and Itchy Eyes...

What is the allergy you suffer from?

I suffer from dust pollen and other odors like perfume and sprays. I might also be allergic to pet dander as well but i am not 100% sure

At what age did it start for you?

I used to be perfectly fine when i was little. I had no irritation or allergies.

I went through the seasons with no problems but i started noticing the irritation at age 16. I got headaches and felt congested in my nose, ears, and head. It got really bad at age 17 and is getting worse every year since.

What are the symptoms? and what discomfort do you go through?

I get a headache, runny nose, irritation in my throat, and itchy eyes. I feel a lot of congestion in my ears and head. My head feels really heavy and it feels like it might just explode sometimes.

I get very tired and am easily irritated. I just want to sleep all the time. It is hard to pay attention during classes and i am in a horrible mood when my allergies are really bad.

Is there a particular time of the year when it gets worse?

Yes, it is seasonal. It is probably the worst during the spring.

Traveling is ok except if it is by plane. Flying by plane makes the symptoms worse.

Especially when it comes to the ears because the air pressure from flying really affects the ears. Sometimes you can get ear infections if you fly with your ears being congested.

Have you found a solution? If yes, how did you deal with it?

I just carry advil cold and sinus with me. I have not found a solution.

No, i have not been able to get rid of them. They are getting worse instead of better.

I feel like i started being allergic to just pollen, but now i think i might be allergic to dust, other odors, like perfume and sprays, and pet dander as well.

Did you use any products, if so, which ones?

I just use advil cold and sinus and other over the counter drugs for the congestion and pain. Like advil of liquids that people take when they have colds.

I have never used air purifiers in my home.
