Eureka Forbes Reviva - Not Recommended

I am using Eureka Forbes Reviva model for 2 years now. First 1 and a half year the filter worked wonderfully but after that i started facing problems non stop.

The filter stopped on its own and started filtering on its own any time . i had to call the technician almost every month and pay the service charges , later on , on the sugession of the tehnician who dont have any knowledge i entered into the contract which will provide free services.After that he stooped visiting me altogether i had to call him number of times and on my repeated reminders for about 5 times everyday he would apper after a week.

I Still faced the problem of product not working properly , the TDS level was also high. Finally i changed all the filters which i was told then that i have to change every year and spend rs 3500 every year to change them.Fine i did so. Still i faced the same problem repeatedly, now 8 months after this i am told that i have to change the filters again and pay again,1 year has not completed.

Every month i am told to change the pipes which cost about 400rs and this is not included in contract . I filed a complaint on 4th of August and till now 1 month almost over i am not given any responce.

I will recommend all not to purchace this air purifier or any other air purifier from Eureka Forbes , they will cheat you and the filter mentainence will be unaffordable.
