Allergic to Weather Change since the age of 4

What is the allergy you suffer from?

I am allergic to weather. It means I have allergy every time the weather changes

At what age did it start for you?

This started when I was young, infact as long as I can remember...it may have started when I was 4 years old.

What are the symptoms? and what discomfort do you go through?

When weather changes, my skin turns red. Start from small area and getting bigger even If I dont scratch. Most of the time it starts on my arms then to legs, and is surely a discomfort as I cant sit properly and even gives me lack of sleep.

Is there a particular time of the year when it gets worse?

It is Seasonal. I mean whenever weather changes i am affected.

Have you found a solution? If yes, how did you deal with it?

The solution I found that can deal with it right away is -
1. Stay calm to keep normal blood flow and help prevent redness.
2. I take anti-histamine.
3. Drink lots of water or if possible chamomile tea. And
4. Keep myself clean to prevent other infection and do not scratch.

Have you been able to get rid of them?What did you do to get rid of it?

Finally, I found out some Thai herbs to help promoting my immune system to be balanced. The kind of herb is called Moringa which is used as pain killer for rheumatioid patients. It helps with immune system and I rarely get allergies now.

Did you use any products, if so, which ones?

When I used anti-histamine I used Actifed but later with Moringa, no specific brand.

How is it while traveling for you with your allergies? Do you have to carry a lot of medications and other required items with you?

To travel somewhere when I had allergies caused me problems in even small normal activities and while traveling, sometimes I was so tired, it came up even more so I'd take medication with me.
