What is the allergy you suffer from?At what age did it start for you?

I have suffered from allergies for a number of years, though they began to worsen from the time I was a teenager

What are the symptoms? and what discomfort do you go through?

I have terribly itchy eyes, a scratchy throat, and a runny nose.

Is there a particular time of the year when it gets worse?

The problems are mostly seasonal, with the worst time being in the spring, but the fall also posed some allergy problems for me.

Have you found a solution? If yes, how did you deal with it?

My Doctor gave me a prescription dose of Allegra. Since the time I have started my prescription allergy medicine (about 2 years ago), I have seen a marked improvement in the severity of my symptoms.

Have you been able to get rid of them?What did you do to get rid of it?

No, once I first show symptoms in the spring, I usually take the pill every day until I think the worst of it might be over - usually a month or 2. Then, I have the pills on hand for a day or 2 of problems, or for when I am going somewhere that might trigger my allergies.

I take the pills as I need them the rest of the year, and I take them more consistently again in the fall. This is the only solution that has worked for me
